Brookenby Park Farms is creating environmentally-sustainable protein solutions utilising locally-sourced agriculture and catering industry by-products in innovative Epigeous macrofungi and Tenebrio molitor production systems.
We are working towards fully-scalable beyond-carbon-neutral, positive environmental systems with global roll-out opportunities.
Our protein solutions are highly-efficient sources of essential amino and linoleic acids, vitamins such as thianine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B12), biotin and ascorbic acid plus high-quality crude fibre, folic acid and minerals including phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, sodium, selenium, iron and zinc.
